What you will take on:
Partner with People Leaders across the organization to identify their current staffing needs and drive the recruitment and hiring process
Post and review job applications through our Applicant Tracking System
Conduct passive candidate recruitment via networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other outlets
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through engaging, thorough, and timely conversations with prospective candidates
Assess candidates based on skills, behaviors, and experience required for roles
Maintain robust pipeline of top talent for evergreen roles
Conduct negotiations with candidates and draft offer letters
Maintain consistent communication with People Leaders and Hiring Managers
Monitor and ensure recruiting success metrics are captured and achieved
Monitor effectiveness of existing recruitment and hiring processes and submit proposed solutions to Director
Partner with HR team to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new hires
Our new team member will need:
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
Openness and receptivity to change in a high growth environment
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organization and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and local employment laws and regulations
3+ years of experience working in talent acquisition and with applicant tracking systems
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, and job postings
Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt, and leadership positions
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
