Responsibilities

Responsible for training and facilitation both in Hindi and English language.

Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideologies in facilitating training sessions.

Responsible for taking ownership in terms of solving issues of the Agents through training.

Responsible for communicating and collaborating with all the Stakeholders at OneCode.

Job Overview

Requirements

Post Graduate or Graduate with strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in Hindi and English language.

Proficiency in Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel.

Proficiency in conducting Virtual Training Sessions (VILT) on Zoom Platform.

3 to 4 years of training experience in the Fintech domain would be preferable.

Any certification related to training would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in designing Powerpoint Presentations.

Quick learner.

Can join immediately.
