Manage a large team of engineers (50+) supporting various project organizations as your internal customer.
Execute the competency process and collaborate with program managers to meet objectives related to capacity and skills.
Provide hiring pipeline for the accounts assigned and streamline operations to meet the staffing needs.
Validate the technical profiles and support project team in hiring right talent from market
Conduct performance appraisal of the team members and support in their development to meet their career aspirations
Deploy individual development plans, offering growth, career and transition path for resources.
Monitor, track and act on key performance metrics: shortfall in KPIs, attritions, ramp-up/down and employee satisfaction rate.
Ensure right tools and processes are deployed to support the delivery of projects by the team
Collaborate with HR on policies, university relations, training needs, rewards and recognitions.
Track the skills and competencies of each team member and offer training support to meet the project expectations.
Take ownership of training plans, feedback and improvisation of the training content including its digitalization using LMS.
Collaborate with project teams to drive automation initiatives and simplify the production processes.
Support Presales in the development of new proposals to customers.
