The job involves traveling in & around Bangalore

Meeting existing doctors along with finding new doctors in terms of getting new business.

Please note this is not a medical representative job & this job is all about creating brand awareness

The business development manager is responsible for coming up with new ideas to create awareness across the designated areas. For example, we do free hearing test camps across the zone with different associations mostly elderly people in housing societies or associations. We even do camps with doctors at their clinics.

The business development manager is responsible for generating foot fall & sales at our branches.

Business development managers are responsible for marketing activities in the designated areas.

BDMs are the backbone of the company and they must be able to find the week areas & make the system robust.

The business development team plays an important role as it is responsible for generating

revenue, by finding new avenues for business.

Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.

Promote business expansion opportunities to doctors or Customers through successful field marketing programs.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns

Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.

Job Overview

Skills:

• Minimum Education Qualification is MBA or relevant experience in Marketing

• First preference to marketing people who are having 2-wheeler.

• Positive attitude is must.

• Need to have excellent communication skills.

• Need to be persuasive, Adaptable & Innovative.

• Having an interest in the Field Market
