Analyst [Back Office]
Job Summary:
Back Office who assesses an organization’s processes and operations and determines opportunities to increase
efficiency. As a business analyst, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve
profitability and help the business grow. The back office executive is the manager in charge of managing the back office
of a company. This is the part of the company that manages the company’s accounting processes. This manager is
responsible for overseeing the accounting department’s operations. The back office executive reports directly to the Chief
Financial Officer, or CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee all payroll and human resource activities for an organization.
● Supervise accounting and finance activities, including preparing financial reports, allocating funds, and
overseeing payables and receivables.
● Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
● Manage administrative activities, such as organizing meetings and meetings scheduling, Manage other
Administrative functions, such as scheduling travel, arranging appointments, and handling mail.
● Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and maintaining records.
● Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies.
● Develop reports, statistics, and presentations.
● Approve expenditures, loans, and grants
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Educational: Graduation/Post graduation/Diploma
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office Knowledge
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, Good Aptitude
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Upto 35000 INR Per Month
Location and Work Schedule:
Silvassa, DNHDD & 9AM - 7 PM
Agra, UP & 10AM - 7 PM
