- Experience on Avaya voice Platform including contact centre
- Should have hands on experienced on below Avaya devices, Avaya Communication Manager, Aura Messaging Server, Messaging Storage Server, System Manager
- Configuration & Maintenance of Avaya VoIP systems like Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, G450, CMS etc
- Experienced on Verint Call Recording solution.
- Responsible to work on incidents, Service requests, Change Requests.
- Flexible to work in night and afternoon shifts.
- Exposure to MS Teams, Oracle SBC will be add-on advantage.
